Ms. Bayon received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Baguio, Baguio City, Philippines. She is a Registered Nursing Assistant in Washington State, and has experience in finance and mortgage lending. She joined the Cancer Vaccine Institute in March 2007. As the CVI Fiscal Specialist, her duties provide post-award fiscal support, coordinating the group's purchasing processes, maintaining office equipment and lab supplies, record keeping/filling, scheduling for meeting/trainings and handling a variety of accounting tasks.
