Our Groundbreaking Work
We have made significant strides in cancer research, with 10 vaccines in development aimed at treating and preventing cancer and its recurrence in breast, ovarian, colon, lung, bladder, and prostate cancers.
Our advanced technology has perfected these vaccines, making them a powerful tool in the fight against cancer. By activating the immune system, our vaccines can eliminate cancer at the single-cell level, offering a promising path to a cancer-free future.
Proven Success
Our vaccines are not just innovative; they are effective and safe.
In our HER2 ICD vaccine trials, 85% of patients with advanced stage HER2+ breast cancer are alive 10 years after vaccination. More than half of the patients did not have a recurrence.
These remarkable results demonstrate the efficacy of our vaccines and provide patients with the hope of living without the fear of cancer recurrence.
The Need for Your Support
Despite our progress, one key element is missing: funding.
Your visionary generosity can make a lifesaving difference. Help us move our vaccines forward as quickly as possible. We are at a tipping point in cancer vaccine research. Your support is crucial.
Why Now?
The CVI is the largest academic group in the U.S. dedicated to cancer vaccines. With over 20 years of experience leading cancer vaccine research and clinical trials, we have the knowledge, technology, and understanding of the patient populations who will benefit most. We believe we will have our first FDA approved vaccine in five to eight years.
Without your generous investment, these vaccines will take years longer to become a real option for people with cancer. Now is the time to invest in life-saving cancer vaccines.
The Impact of Your Philanthropy
Your support means that more vaccines can be manufactured quickly, ready for expanded clinical trials, and ultimately available in clinics around the world.
Philanthropy can:
-
Allow CVI to launch more clinical trials
-
Help cover the costs of producing developmental vaccines
-
Ensure our work continues without interruptions between grants
Ways to Give
Ignite the Immune System to End Cancer
