Leila received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics with a minor in Professional Writing from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a Science Writer and Communicator specializing in biosciences, health, and technology and skilled in writing engaging stories that explore the human side of science. As Communications Coordinator, she develops and designs digital communications to elevate CVI's cancer immunology research and clinical trials to the public.
